It is our tradition to gather people around our dining table. An all age celebration of Easter lamb after an early service on the beach at Budleigh Salterton is looked forward with expectation each year .
Our traditional roast lamb feast was roasted this year in the garden. Sefo is renown for his spit roasting and this year cooked our 4 legs of lamb over a fire for us to enjoy.
After enjoying the delicious lamb we sampled several Easter deserts. Home baked chocolate egg shaped bourbon biscuits served with fruit pavlova. plumb, rhubarb and pomegranate crumble and ice cream. Delicious!
